"The Composer is Dead" (Nathaniel Stookey). A fun murder-mystery for children, intended to introduce young audiences to the instruments of the orchestra, for narrator and orchestra. Originally commissioned by the San Francisco Orchestra and composed by Stookey with narration by Lemony Snicket.
